1. Google Tobias Menzies and Kristin Scott Thomas and you'll see that Tobias very ungaily had a months long affair with her and she left her husband. And her husband was a gynecolosist and French! The French pussy expert lost out to the Tobster. 😛
2. I know someone who was at one of the Outlander premiere after parties. She's very pretty. And she said Tobias spent a lot of time talking to her and he was giving her clear signals he wanted to take her back to his hotel room. She said the only reason she didn't is because she's married and she put the kibosh on things.
3. I knew someone in Camden, London where Tobias lived, I don't know if he still does. She said Tobias was discrete about his dalliances, but people would see him with women, and the word on the street from one of these WOMEN was that
Is Tobias Menzies Gay? His On-Screen Character's Sexuality Was Undefined & He Has Publicly Only Dated a Woman
Tobias Menzies' gay portrayal in "Outlander" raised the public's curiosity about his sexual orientation. His on-screen character was depicted as complex and villainous, with no explicit on-screen same-sex relationships.
In the drama series "Outlander," Tobias Menzies portrayed Jonathan "Black Jack" Randall. Black Jack develops an unhealthy obsession with Jamie Fraser, played by Sam Heughan, as Fraser embodies qualities he lacks.
Unfortunately, this obsession leads to Jack inflicting severe punishment and mistreatment on Jamie, including flogging and brutal rape. In an interview, when asked about his character's sexuality, Menzies stated that Jonathan "Black Jack" Randall would not identify as gay.

About Black Jack (Twelfth Episode)
About the twelfth episode of the Outlander TV Series, Season One:
Well, we seem to be getting a lot of interesting reviews on Episode 12 —which is All Good, to be sure. I just want to make one thing clear, before drawing your attention to a couple of interesting ones: To wit, Ebony Jack Randall is not a homosexual.
Hes a pervert. Hes a sadist. He derives sexual pleasure from hurting people, but hes not particular about the gender of a victim. (Personality, yes—gender, no.)
I see reviewers assuming that he told Jenny repeatedly to turn around, during their encounter in a flashback—and they assume it was because hes gay. Actually (and obviously, I would have thought), its because shes looking at him and laughing, and he finds this unnerving.
If you look at his behavior throughout the book (and I emphasize book, though its almost the same in the show), hes shown as attacking four people: Jenny, Jamie, Claire, and another prisoner at Fort William (who we dont hear about in the show) nam
